Note: the *50% discount applies only to the "Setup Design Fee" (which involves setting up the basic “structure” of the site & email)
it does not include the setup of extra services such as: Individual Web Page Creation, Flash, SSL, E-Commerce Products,
Shopping Carts, Marketing Solutions, PayPal Accounts, Blogs, Pod Casts, Calendars, CRM's etc..

American Website Designer LLC / *Terms Of Agreement: *Per our license agreement, your Website cannot have any of the following types of content: pornographic, obscene or excessively profane content or content intended to advocate or advance computer hacking or cracking, gambling, illegal activity, drug paraphernalia, hate, violence or racial or ethnic intolerance, offensive, objectionable or even questionable content as determined by and at the sole discretion of the hosting service and or website provider (American Website Designer LLC) . This agreement includes minor webpage maintenance including updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not include removing nearly all the text from a page and replacing it with new text. Daily, Weekly or Monthly Website Content Updates are Not Included In Hosting Fee, (see pricing below*) some pricing may vary, some restrictions on transfer & diskspace usage may apply.

The maintenance period commences upon the date that the client signs or accepts the terms of the agreement (either by voice, email or in writing) and approves (or commits) to the design and hosting of their website. Changes requested by the client above or beyond those limits will be billed at the Hourly Rate of $25 Per Hour (1-Hour Minimum). This rate shall also govern additional work authorized beyond the maximums specified above for services such as: general internet orientation, education, marketing, consulting, webpage design, editing, modifying product pages and art, photos, graphics services etc...

NOTE: CGI, Java, and Flash Programming Charges are not included in the "PACKAGE RATES" and will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $25 (1-Hour Minimum). All Domain Names and Hosting must reside on VirtualK9.Com and go through American Website Designers LLC. NOTE: Due to Copy Right Laws, all photos and/or any other miscellaneous graphic images or materials etc... must be purchased (or supplied) and approved by the client for website usage. American Website Designer LLC will not be held liable for any unauthorized usage of copyrighted materials. The responsibility of ascertaining authorized usage of any and all copyrighted images or materials rest solely upon the client.

*Note: Pricing Applies to Only One Update Per Day, Week or Month.

*Daily Photo (or Image) Updates 01 to 19 Photos = $10 per Day
*Daily Photo (or Image) Updates 20 to 39 Photos = $20 per Day
*Daily Photo (or Image) Updates 40 to 59 Photos = $30 per Day
*Daily Photo (or Image) Updates 60 to 79 Photos = $40 per Day
*Daily Photo (or Image) Updates 80 to 100 Photos = $50 per Day
*Weekly Photo (or Image) Updates = 01 to 49 Photos = $25 per Week
*Weekly Photo (or Image) Updates = 50 to 100 Photos = $50 per Week
*Monthly Photo (or Image) Updates = 01 to 49 Photos = $50 per Month
*Monthly Photo (or Image) Updates = 50 to 100 Photos = $100 per Month.

Note: If the client or an agent ( on behalf of the owner of the website) other than American Website Designers LLC attempts to update any information (webpages, content, links etc... ) on their website etc... (and causes damage to the website and/or changes it's webpages, content, links etc... ), the time to repair the website (and/or the affected webpages or changes made) will be charged $100 (to be paid in advance) and then charged $50 per hour (to correct the website) and is Not included as part of the "Normal Maintenance Updating Time". Payments must be made promptly. Delinquent bills will be assessed a $25 per month charge if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional $50 penalty will be added for each month of delinquency. American Website Designers LLC reserves the right to remove webpages from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. In case collection proves necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process. American Website Designers LLC reserves the right to terminate any account and delete all files for non-payment of funds at any time.
